You may email me or call to schedule an initial consultation. I would like to know a little about why you are seeking services and general times you are available to see if I’m the right person for you. Please keep in mind that emails may not be confidential.
My fee for the 45 minute session is $175, I ask that you pay at the end of the session with credit card (MC, Visa, Discover). Checks should be made payable to Living-Now, Inc.
I provide onlife Life Coaching and Spiritual Direction/Teaching which is not reimburseable by insurance. I am not on any insurance panels nor do I participate with insurance companies that require pre-certification or treatment plans. If you are seeking psychotherapy and want to use your insurance, I suggest you go to your insurance company directory for a list of providers.
I work with people virtually for Life Coaching and/or Spiritual Direction. We would use either Facetime, Skype for Business, or RingCentral which are HIPAA compliant. However, all technologies have their privacy risks to consider.

After your first session, I ask that you complete the Enneagram assessment questionaire. Please email me the results before our second session. I find this instrument to be the most sophisticated assessment of one's personality style. It also helps provide direction for your work. Please click here for more information about the Enneagram.

If you are 65 years and older please review the below Medicare Opt-Out Understanding, sign a copy, and email it to me now or when you turn 65. We are required by Federal Law to have this signed. Essentially I have opted out of the Medicare system. In addition, I only provide Life-Coaching and Spiritual Direction to people of all ages which is not reiburseable by insurance. Because of both of these situations, you are not able to utilize Medicare or your supplemental insurance to cover my services.
