The Enneagram is a synthesis of ancient wisdom traditions with contemporary psychology that outlines nine different personality styles. We have all nine personality styles within us yet we have a tendency to perceive life through the lens of primarily one of them.
By understanding your Enneagram Type, you have a map to greater understanding of your behaviors, beliefs and emotions. Such awareness is a key element in freeing yourself from automatic reactive life patterns and choosing how to live life more consciously.
For much more information on the Enneagram, go to the Enneagram Institute. There you can read about each of the types. If you’d like to begin the journey of understanding your own personality type, you may take a 40 minute questionnaire for $12 by clicking on Full RHETI Enneagram Test.
Doug complete the training offered by the Enneagram Institute to be a certified teacher. In addition, he was a faculty member of the Enneagram Institute of Central Ohio which offers seminars, master classes, consultation, and personal coaching services to help people use the Enneagram for personal and professional development.
